जहां एक तरफ दिल्ली सरकार ने Minimum Wages लगभग 37 फीसदी घटा दी है दूसरी तरफ Central Government ने अक्टूबर 2018 के मंहगाई भत्ते में वृद्धि कर नोटिफिकेशन जारी कर दिया है. J K Sagar, Chief Labour Commissioner, Government of India Ministry of Labour & Employment Office of the Chief Labour Commissioner(C) New Delhi ने 29.09.2018 को नोफिफिकेशन No. F.No. 1 /s8(3) /20 1 8-LS-lI जारी किया है. जिसके अनुसार मंहगाई भत्ते में 27-45 रूपये प्रतिदिन के हिसाब से वृद्धि की गई है. इस नोफिकशन के अनुसार-

Order

In exercise of the powers conferred by Central Government vide Notification 188(E) dated 19e January, 2Ol7 of the Ministry of Labour and Emplol,rnent the undersigned, hereby revise the rates of Variable Dearness Allowance on the basis of the average consumer price index number for the preceding period of six months ending on 30.06.2O18 reaching 288.33 from 286 (base 2001 = 100) and thereby resulting in an increase of 2.33 polnts for Industrial workers as under. This order shall come into force w.e.f. O1. 10.2018.

The rates of Variable Dearness Allowance for workers employed in CONSTRUCTION OR MAINTENANCE OF ROADS OR RUNWAYS OR IN BUILDING OPERATIONS INCLUDING LAYING DOWN UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC, WIR.ELESS, RADIO, TELEVISION, TELEPHONE,TELEGRAPH AND OVERSEAS COMMUNICATION CABLES AND SIMILAR OTHER UNDERGROUND CABLING WORK, ELECTRIC LINES, WATER SUPPLY LINES AND SEWERAGE PIPE LINES.

The VDA has been rounded off to the next higher rupee as per the decision of the Minimum Wages Advisory board.

The classification of workers under different categories will be same as in Part-l of the notification, whereas classification of cities will be same as in the Part-ll of the notification dated 19th January, 2077. Th,e present classification of cities into areas A, B & C is enclosed at Annexure I for ready reference.

Labour Department, Government of India द्वारा जारी इस Notification के अनुसार - A Area - Unskilled 558, Semi Skilled – 617, Skilled- 679 , Highly Skilled- 738, B Area - Unskilled 466, Semi Skilled – 527, Skilled- 617 , Highly Skilled 679, C Area - Unskilled 373, Semi Skilled – 437, Skilled-527 , Highly Skilled 617 प्रति दिन होगा. आप अपना मासिक सैलरी के लिए उपरोक्त कैटेगरी के अनुसार प्रतिदिन के तय वेतन में 26 से गुना कर निकाल सकते हैं. जो कि इस प्रकार से होगा-

यह तो Minimum Wages का Figure है वह आपके Salary का Basic + DA होगा. इसमें इसके आलावा कोई और Allowance शामिल नहीं होगा.
